The Peak Rehab Staff
Lori H. Peak, PT, DPT, CLT, CAFS, LSVT BIG Certified
Lori earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from VCU, and her
undergraduate degree in Biology from UNC-Greensboro. She originally
practiced physical therapy in Martinsville, VA, until moving to Floyd in
2004 to open Peak Rehab with her husband. She has treated a variety
of conditions and ages, primarily in outpatient settings. Lori also has
training in treatment for incontinence and pelvic pain, certification in
the treatment of lymphedema, certification in LSVT BIG for people with
Parkinson’s, and certification in applied functional science through
the Gray Institute. She lives in Floyd with her husband and son.
Robyn Walker, MPT
Robyn earned her Master of Physical Therapy Degree from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science. She has treated in a variety of practice settings across the country, including outpatient, for over 27 years. Robyn is certified in McKenzie Spinal Treatment as well as Vestibular treatment. She is fluent in Spanish. Robyn resides with her husband and two children on their farm in Indian Valley and enjoys interacting and helping her Floyd county “neighbors.
Ashley Poff, LPTA
Ashley is a native of Floyd County and graduated from Jefferson College of Health Sciences with her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Ashley began her career in a nursing home setting at Highland Ridge Health and Rehab in Dublin, VA. She joined Peak Rehab in 2019. Ashley lives in Floyd with her Husband.
Samantha “Sam” is a native of Floyd County and graduated from
Jefferson College of Health Sciences with her degree as a Physical Therapist
Assistant. She joined the team at Peak Rehab in 2017 and enjoys treating a
variety of patients, particularly orthopedic and post-surgical conditions.
She lives in Floyd and will be getting married in September 2018.
Sarah Vaden is a native of Bent Mountain, Virginia and has been a resident of
Floyd County for four years. She graduated from Cave Spring High School in 2016.
She began working as a Rehab Tech at Peak Rehab in August 2018. She assists the
therapist with patient exercises and activities while performing clerical tasks as needed.
Sarah enjoys interacting with patients as they work to get better.
Katie is a native of Floyd County. She graduated from Floyd High School in 2012. She
began working with Peak Rehab in August 2018. She handles patient scheduling, insurance
verification, and billing. She lives in Floyd with her husband and daughter.
